Mobile Exotic Detailing's terms and conditions of service:
This agreement for services is entered into between (client) and Mobile Exotic Detailing.
The above mentioned parties hereby agree to the following terms:
READ ENTIRE DOCUMENT BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENT
Preparation prior to the appointment policy:
Prior to our arrival we request that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. Please remove all property from the interior, including cargo area, trunk, under seats and other compartments or areas you would like us to clean. The compartments containing personal belongings will not be cleaned or emptied by Mobile Exotic Detailing. We do not clean spare tire compartments, inside of the center console, glove box, headliner or seatbelts unless specifically requested by client.
Personal property policy:
We request before the scheduled service appointment, that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. Mobile Exotic Detailing is not liable for the loss or damage of articles/belongings left in vehicle due to, case of fire, theft, accident, service provided or any other cause beyond Mobile Exotic Detailing's control.
Vehicle condition policy:
The majority of the vehicles we service pay the estimated quote but all vehicles are subject to inspection prior to service; we do this to identify areas that may need extra work that is not covered by the original quote. We have an optional fee for dog hair removal, heavily soiled carpets, heavily soiled exterior/interiors, muddy exterior, heavy sand on the exterior or in the interior. This is highly recommended to provide you with the best possible service but the choice is up to you. Pictures are taken of the vehicle in its pre-existing condition and after being serviced to protect both the client and Mobile Exotic detailing. If the vehicle has mold present or bodily fluids including blood, vomit, urine or feces there will be an extra $50 fee for biohazard and decontamination. It is your responsibility to notify us if the vehicle has any inhabitants including rodents or insects of any kind. There will be a $50 fee if pests or evidence of pests are present.
Service time policy:
Our service times are only an estimate, each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service.
Deposit and securing/rescheduling policy:
A deposit is required 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so your detailer can confirm and have time to prepare accordingly. Should something arise and you are unable to make the appointment after already paying the deposit, no extra fees will be added to reschedule as long as we are properly notified. Deposits are non-refundable but automatically go towards your final bill. We reserve the right to take a debit card or credit card for your deposit electronically through square.com.
Cancellation policy for event detailing:
For any cancellations regarding event detailing, we require 48 hour notice. This is due to the many aspects that are required to plan for events. We hire professional teams, get specialized tools and chemicals and clear our schedule. Should a cancellation arise and we are not given a proper 48 hour notice we require a cancellation fee of 20%.
Inclement weather cancelation policy:
We can't exactly predict what the weather will be like; please remember every scheduled service appointment is weather permitting. If the weather is inclement during your scheduled appointment we will automatically reschedule your service for the next available appointment slot at no extra charge.
Wait time policy:
Mobile Exotic Detailing cannot wait more than 15 minutes after we have arrived at the location for service. Failure to be present will result in a $40 or 25% of the service cost whichever is higher.
Travel Fee policy:
Mobile Exotic Detailing provides detailing services to all customers at our standard rate; however additional travel fees with a minimum of $20 may apply if costumer is outside our service areas.
Onsite service policy:
We are able to bring our services to you as this is our goal but we request that you have a site such as your home or office that you have permission to use. We are a fully mobile detailing service with our own water source. However it is generally assumed that the customer provide a power source that is accessible to the vehicle being serviced.
Same day booking policy:
We gladly accept same day appointments based on availability for an added convenience fee of $20.
Stain removal policy:
Depending on what caused the stain and how long it's been sitting greatly determines how well the stain can be removed. We can guarantee stains will look better than they did prior to our services but we cannot guarantee full removal.
Changes to these policies:
Mobile Exotic Detailing has the discretion to update this privacy policy at anytime. When we do so, we will post a notification to the main page of our site, revise the updated date at the bottom of the page. We encourage users to check this page for any changes to stayed informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies and become aware of modifications.
Your acceptance of these terms:
By submitting your deposit, or requesting service by phone you signify your acceptance to these policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not submit your deposit or request service by phone. Your continued use of our site following the postings of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance to those changes.
Release of liability:
This agreement for services is entered into between (client) and Mobile Exotic Detailing.
From here on client will be referred to as "I"
The above mentioned parties hereby agree to the following terms:
Damages to vehicle:
I hereby agree that Mobile Exotic Detailing shall not be held liable for any mechanical condition or pre-existing conditions such as dents, scratches and any other pre-existing damages to the vehicle's interior/exterior nor the loss or damage of articles/belongings left in vehicle due to, case of fire, theft, accident, service provided or any other cause beyond Mobile Exotic Detailing's control. It is your responsibility to point out items that are fragile or are no longer functional in many cases the damage is not noticeable due to the state of the vehicle prior to detailing. I agree that I am responsible to go over my vehicle with my detailer before they leave the premises. I release Mobile Exotic Detailing from any liability for any loss or damage to personal property including vehicle being serviced, or any belongings contained inside the vehicle or to the location of service. I understand that my vehicle will be cleaned at my own risk and it must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes and that any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service and I will have to present at least two diagnostics and/or price estimates to prove the damage was caused by Mobile Exotic Detailing.
Engine Cleaning:
I hereby agree that Mobile Exotic Detailing shall not be held liable for any problem that may arise if I request Mobile Exotic Detailing to clean or wipe down the engine & or the engine compartment.
Customer not present when service is completed:
I release Mobile Exotic Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicle if I cannot be present when the service is completed.
Leaving keys when not present:
I hereby agree and authorize Mobile Exotic Detailing to leave the keys with a specified person, area of my vehicle, or location if I cannot be present upon completion of service. Mobile Exotic Detailing shall not be held responsible for the vehicle if it gets stolen or for the keys being locked in my vehicle as a result of leaving them inside.
Wait time after completion:
I hereby agree that Mobile Exotic Detailing cannot wait more than 15 minutes after I have been notified of completion of service. I also release Mobile Exotic Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or belongings after they have turned in the keys or left the premises.
Vehicle operation:
I hereby authorize Mobile Exotic Detailing to operate submitted vehicle for the purposes of repositioning the vehicle for optimal lighting, space and any other reasons deemed necessary at my risk.
Interior detail:
I hereby authorize Mobile Exotic Detailing if my vehicle's interior is being detailed or cleaned to use a chemical cleaning solution to clean the steering wheel, dash, console and door panels and to shampoo my seats and/or carpet. I also release Mobile Exotic Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicle for anything that may arise as a result of this or any interior services.
Exterior detail:
I hereby authorize Mobile Exotic Detailing if my vehicle's exterior is being detailed to use a chemical cleaning solution to wash the exterior, tires and wheels; and to apply compound, polish or wax or a combination of these by hand or machine applied on the submitted vehicle for the purposes of detailing the exterior at my own risk. I also release Mobile Exotic Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicle for anything that may arise as a result of this or any exterior services.
Vehicles windows and windshield:
I hereby authorize Mobile Exotic Detailing to wash my vehicles exterior. I understand that during the summer or winter seasons the changes in temperature might cause my windshield or windows to crack due to the temperature changes when water is sprayed or applied. I release Mobile Exotic Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicles windows for anything that may arise as a result of this or any exterior services.
Vehicle battery:
I hereby agree that Mobile Exotic Detailing will have my doors open to clean my vehicles interior and could cause my battery to drain; I release them from any liability the battery drain may cause.
Law:
I hereby agree and certify that any claim or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Georgia law. In the event that legal action is necessary, I agree to pay the attorney's fees and court costs.
I HAVE FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT "Mobile Exotic Detailing's terms and conditions of service" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY PAYING MY DEPOSIT OR SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AND DISCHARGE "MOBILE EXOTIC DETAILING" AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES INCLUDING OWNER, DETAILER, STAFF AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST "MOBILE EXOTIC DETAILING" FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
